Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RJK FOOD PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our manufacturing unit. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order details. Once the order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, such as unavailability of stock, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. Refund Policy

For Cancelled Orders: If you successfully cancel your order before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For Damaged or Incorrect Products: Because we deal in perishable and consumable food products, we do not support general returns. However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will process a full refund or send a free replacement. Approved refunds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where the money is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed on our website, the amount will automatically be refunded by your payment gateway provider. This usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
