Refund and Returns Policy

At RJK FOOD PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we take immense pride in the quality and safety of our food products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products (such as masalas, foodgrains, and processed foods), we adhere to a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and process refunds only under the following circumstances:

• The product delivered is physically damaged or tampered with during transit.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.
• You have received an incorrect product that does not match your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
• Products returned due to personal taste preferences or incorrect ordering on the customer’s part.

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (showing the damaged packaging, expired date, or incorrect item). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Alternatively, we can arrange for a free replacement of the affected product.
